We started on the farmers-market circuit and took the Main Street lease the year the bread outgrew the tent. Everything is still mixed, shaped and baked here, by people who will happily tell you which field the flour came from.
If we are sold out at eleven, that is the plan working. Pre-order and we will hold it.
The seeded loaf is the reason we moved our Saturday routine downtown.
They bake for our café and the bread is the thing customers ask about by name.

Bread sells out most days by late morning. Pre-order and it is yours.
For a weekend morning with friends, or a bigger group. We hold it and confirm by phone. Smaller parties: just come in.

We do, for three today. If you want a standing order, tell us your days and volumes and we will say honestly whether we have the oven space.
